The Stephens Group Hires Katrinka Shields to Strengthen Talent Development Across the Firm

LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS – April 10, 2024. The Stephens Group, LLC (“The Stephens Group”), the private investment firm backed by the Witt Stephens and Elizabeth Campbell families, announced it has hired Katrinka Shields as Vice President of Talent Development and Administration.

Ms. Shields brings a wealth of experience to her new role at The Stephens Group. Her expertise will be instrumental in ensuring SG attracts, retains, and develops talented professionals across the firm. Prior to joining The Stephens Group in 2024, Ms. Shields spent three and a half years leading Human Resources and Recruiting for a fast-growing education technology business. She also worked in human resources roles with a publicly traded telecommunications company, a private civil engineering firm, and a medical supply distribution company.
