He uses his extensive experience driving improvement across all facets of an organization – including strategy, commercial excellence, pricing, operations, cost optimization, data and analytics, project management, and talent development.

Prior to joining The Stephens Group in 2019, Mark advised executives as a consultant at McKinsey & Company, one of the leading consulting firms in the world. In addition to standard consulting roles, Mark completed a 1-year rotation with QuantumBlack, the firm’s advanced analytics division. Prior to McKinsey, Mark held various operations roles: (1) Director of Operations, Technology, and Analytics for Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, a $1.3 billion worldwide leader in learning services; and (2) management consultant at Protiviti, a global leader in operations consulting.
