Knox Kiernan assists the team’s investment efforts by conducting financial analysis, due diligence, and industry research to evaluate new investment opportunities and manage existing portfolio companies.
Prior to joining The Stephens Group in 2023, Knox spent two years as an Investment Banking Analyst at Croft & Bender. While at Croft & Bender, Knox worked on various M&A and financing transactions across the lower middle market. Prior to Croft & Bender, Knox served as a Credit Analyst at Truist Securities.
