Katrinka Shields focuses on attracting, developing, and retaining top talent across The Stephens Group and its portfolio companies. She partners with the SG team and PortCo management teams to shape human capital strategies spanning organizational design, recruiting, talent development, and culture – all with the goal of helping portfolio companies build the teams and capabilities needed to scale.

Prior to joining The Stephens Group in 2024, Katrinka spent three and a half years leading Human Resources and Recruiting for a fast-growing education technology business. She also worked in human resource roles with a publicly traded telecommunications company, a private civil engineering firm, and a medical supply company.
