Ben Bryles assists the team’s investment efforts by conducting financial analysis, due diligence, and industry research to evaluate new investment opportunities and manage existing portfolio companies.

Prior to joining The Stephens Group in 2026, Ben was a Senior Associate at Align Capital Partners, a private equity firm focused on partnering with and growing lower middle market companies. While at ACP, Ben assisted in the evaluation and execution of investment opportunities, performed transaction due diligence, and monitored select portfolio companies. Prior to ACP, Ben served as an Investment Banking Analyst at Stephens Inc. and Marriott & Co.
