James Ciquera assists the team’s investment efforts by conducting financial analysis, due diligence, and industry research to evaluate new investment opportunities and manage existing portfolio companies.

Prior to joining The Stephens Group in 2025, James spent three years at Imperial Capital as an Investment Banking Analyst and Associate. While at Imperial Capital, James worked on various M&A and financing transactions across the lower middle market, serving as an industry generalist with experience across the Security, Industrials, and Business Services Sectors.
