Brooke Nalley is an associate of The Stephens Group, LLC. Her many capabilities include expertise in financial analysis and strategic and financial planning.

For two years prior to joining The Stephens Group, Ms. Nalley worked at Alltel Communications. Prior to Alltel, she worked in the Corporate Finance Department at Stephens Inc.

She has provided financial modeling and industry research support for the development of business cases to evaluate and prioritize the implementation of new products and services. She also participated in the analysis of mergers and acquisitions; numerous financial planning initiatives; a variety of transactions, including public offerings, fairness opinions and private placements of debt; and other miscellaneous projects.

Ms. Nalley attended the University of Arkansas where she graduated summa cum laude with a B.S.B.A. in Financial Management/Investments.
