Kyle Morrison is an associate of The Stephens Group, LLC. He specializes in qualitatively analyzing and methodically researching companies to assess competitive advantages and target markets and to determine the financial impact of different business scenarios.

Prior to joining The Stephens Group, Mr. Morrison spent two years in the Oil & Gas Investment Banking Group at J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. in New York. As an analyst at J.P. Morgan, he provided sector research and financial models to assist management teams and senior bankers in their evaluation of various transactions including asset sales, mergers, acquisitions, recapitalizations and buyouts. His involvement was integral in the execution process of raising over $2 billion of capital for upstream oil and gas companies through both public equity and debt offerings.

Mr. Morrison attended Vanderbilt University, where he received a B. A. with majors in both Economics and Spanish.
