Kyle Morrison is an associate of The Stephens Group, LLC. He focuses on analyzing a company's historical operating and financial results to assess its strengths and risks and on working with management teams to develop projections corresponding to various business cases.

Prior to joining The Stephens Group, Mr. Morrison spent two years in the Oil & Gas Investment Banking Group at J.P. Morgan in New York. As an analyst, he provided sector research and financial models to assist management teams and senior bankers in their evaluation of various transactions including asset sales, mergers, acquisitions, recapitalizations and buyouts. He assisted upstream oil and gas companies in raising over $2 billion of capital through public equity and debt offerings.

Mr. Morrison attended Vanderbilt University, where he received a B. A. with majors in both Economics and Spanish.
