K. Aaron Clark is an associate at The Stephens Group, LLC. His strengths include the ability to drive deep into a company and develop relationships with management teams in order to gain insight into their historical financials, operating budgets, future projections and the environment within which they operate.

Prior to joining The Stephens Group, Aaron spent two years in the Corporate Finance department at Stephens Inc., an investment bank.

He has assisted senior bankers and management teams in the development of models and presentation materials relevant to mergers & acquisitions, valuation analysis, fairness opinions, strategic planning, hostile defense scenarios, Dutch auction self tenders, and various types of equity offerings all across multiple industries in the public and private markets. His transactional experience ranges from mid-sized companies similar to the company size of The Stephens Group’s targeted investment partnerships up to $2 billion publicly traded entities.

Mr. Clark attended the University of Arkansas, where he received a B.S.B.A in Financial Management/Investments.
