Worthen National Bank of Arkansas

The Stephens family partnered with Worthen National Bank of Arkansas in 1984. The company was later sold to Boatman's Bank, which was then sold to NationsBank, which later merged with Bank of America. The Stephens Group is a current shareholder of Bank of America.
